D-When we receive information that your

How long will it take to receive what I ordered?
The
delivery time depends on the shipping method you
have chosen. We offer four different postal
services: they have various rates and shipping
times (from 24 hours to 14 weeks). To read more

Can I track my orders?
Package tracking is available only for
door-to-door courier shipping (Aramex).
Other delivery services do not facilitate this
option. You will, however, always be issued with
confirmation of your order and order number, air
waybill number (for airmail postage) and other
details which can help you to track the package
with the assistance of your local post office.
