On each page of our website there are links for three kinds of order form 1-retail order form (for retail order) 2-wholesale order form( for wholesale order ) 3-special order form ( special order like new measurements or design etc) . A-Choose the order form that suits you. Fill all the details as on the order form. B-Submit your order. Wait a few seconds for confirmation of your transaction. C- we will contact you with our pro-forma invoice with all details within 24 hours. D-When we receive information that your transaction has been authorized and the money had been sent , your package will be dispatched as requested by you. You will receive an E-mail from Syriangate.com with confirmation that the parcel is on its way.
2-How can I pay ? there are two ways to pay: 1- Money Transfer via Western Union You can also transfer money by going on the Western Union website. http://www.westernunion.com they accept most kinds of credit cards .

note: some of our products are free shipping worldwide ,but if you choose other shipping service we will recalculate the difference. 5. How long will it take to receive what I ordered? The delivery time depends on the shipping method you have chosen. We offer four different postal services: they have various rates and shipping times (from 24 hours to 14 weeks). To read more about shipping methods, delivery times click here Package tracking is available only for door-to-door courier shipping (Aramex). Other delivery services do not facilitate this option. You will, however, always be issued with confirmation of your order and order number, air waybill number (for airmail postage) and other details which can help you to track the package with the assistance of your local post office.
