Italian Expedition Issues Guide on Archeological Sites in Syria

A group of Italian archeologists from the Italian archeological expedition working in Palmyra issued a guide on the most important archeological sites in Syria.

Expedition members pointed out that the guide includes a detailed explanation of Syria's geography and its ancient and contemporary history in 575 pages that include maps of the various archeological sites and buildings, in addition to information on lodgings, restaurants and the culture of the Syrian society.
